When you choose Connect Google Meet, we request permission to:
- Create and manage calendar events related to your Appointo bookings (including Google Meet conference details where available)
- Read limited calendar settings needed for that integration
- Read your Google account email to associate the connection with your Appointo profile

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our systems. You may disconnect Google from your Appointo profile and/or revoke access in your Google Account permissions. After disconnect/revoke, we stop using those tokens for new actions and remove or disable stored credentials as part of normal account processes.
Payment processing
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card data is transmitted to those processors under their security and privacy terms.
